Is a subscription required to receive care?+
Never. Care access — including Medicaid-funded care — does not depend on having any paid plan with us. Subscriptions only unlock saved-content continuity and family coordination tools.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Subscriptions can be canceled from your billing page in two clicks. Your access continues through the end of your billing period.
Do you accept Medicaid?+
We help families navigate care that is funded by Medicaid, long-term care insurance, VA benefits, and private pay. Our subscription plans are separate from how care is paid for.
What is a Care Navigation Session?+
A focused 60-minute call with a care navigator who reads your situation, answers questions, and writes you a clear plan. Best when you need to move quickly with confidence.
